Tom Lloyd – Finance Manager
I started my career in operations as a manager for Odeon cinemas, I worked at Odeon in total for 8 years rising from part time member through to manager. In this time I spent time being responsible for all areas of the business including day to day operations, staff recruitment and training, stock ordering and counts, H&S and even projector maintenance.
I left Odeon to pursue a career in finance moving into the hotel industry with Jury’s Inn, I spent 3 years working as a Finance Assistant based out of the head office in Birmingham working closely with the Accounts payable, Credit control and Transaction Management functions. I joined Compass group in November 2016, since then further developing my knowledge of the service and catering industry.
I will be the dedicated Finance lead on the contract with JLR, a role which has scope to add significant value to the catering experience. It is a role that brings with it a level of responsibility and commitment that I am excited to deliver.
