I have worked as the Operations Manager on the JLR contract since February 2016 where I have grown to love (and loathe at times!!) all the sites, their quirks and intricacies. We have worked hard at unifying the team and maximising the opportunities that we have on the JlR account, whilst also having some fun!!
Having worked in the Hospitality industry for 19 years and completing a degree in Hospitality Business Management, I have secured significant appointments in prestigious companies through my ability to successfully manage teams to achieve and exceed the expectations and demonstrating my passion for people and service.
My previous roles have been within the pub and restaurant sector, working for Mitchells and Butler and within Contract catering providers such as Aramark and Baxter Storey.
Immediately prior to this I worked as a Client Manager for a leading education catering and cleaning provider responsible for the efficient and effective operation of 37 independent, bespoke contracts worth in excess of £5million.
Personally, I have two young children of 7 and 5 that keep me entertained!! We are an outdoorsy family and love to follow motor racing, with my kids and husband acting at pit crew for a Porsche race team.
My husband and I are fairly well travelled and we love to eat out! Much of our family time is spent introducing our children to new foods and cultures which we love to do!
I’m really looking forward to the future for JLR and Compass and seeing how we can take the contract and our teams on the next exciting journey!
