I have been lucky enough to work in the Hospitality industry for the last 25 years, after receiving my Diploma in Hotel and Catering Management I began my career in a five-star hotel working in the Front Office of the Norfolk Royale Hotel in Bournemouth where many celebrities would stay. I stayed working in five star hotels throughout my career progressing through the ranks from Front Office Manager, Restaurant Manager, Food and Beverage Manager, Conference & Events Manager, Sales Manager and General Manager.
I joined OCS in 2012, to work at Jaguar Land Rover, Solihull as Hospitality Manager/Deputy General Manager and in 2015 I moved to work at Jaguar Land Rover, Gaydon as the Assistant General Manager. Hospitality at Solihull and Castle Bromwich was having many issues and in October I started working as the Hospitality and Events Manager for the Manufacturing sites.
My passion for food came from when I used to look after many celebrities and watching the chefs create some magical dishes for them. The passion for my job has never left, I love delivering excellent service and ensuring clients have a wonderful dining experience.
My work ethnic is Old School, no matter what task I am given I always give 100% as I want to succeed in all that I do. I am a team player and I support all the staff where I can and where possible pass on some of my knowledge from my years in catering.
I am looking forward to joining the team at Compass and hopefully with the team’s knowledge take the hospitality to a higher level, especially with the team from Simpsons – I cannot wait!!
Meeting the new team excites me and I cannot wait to meet everyone and create fabulous times.
